Many people searching for a shaman in their area have been unable to resolve their issues with traditional western medicine.

Authentic shamans fill a gap in western medicine, with their ability to get to the root of whatever is causing one’s symptoms. However, with no central licensing or governing body how can you find the right shaman?

The first thing to consider when searching for a shaman near you is whether their training is from a school, a spiritual lineage, from direct experience, or a combination.

Learning Shamanism Vs. Direct Experience

There are two types of shamans, academic shamans and chosen shamans. Chosen shamans are “chosen” by the spirit world and have no choice but to walk the shamanic path, while academic shamans consciously choose to learn shamanism.

Learning shamanism and having direct experiences within shamanic practices are both valuable, but they offer different aspects of understanding and engagement with the spiritual realm.

Learning Shamanism:

Many people experience an inner calling to shamanism. These people often have a deep desire to integrate spirituality into their lives but have an aversion to religious dogma.

Sometimes, all it takes is one healing experience to peak one’s interest in wanting to learn how shamanism works.

Some people may train with a local shaman or organization or take a course online. Learning to become a shaman can be done easily with an online course over a period of 1 to 12 months, depending on the online school.

Direct Experience:

Direct experience, on the other hand, begins with being “chosen” by the spirit world. The intensity of this experience varies depending on how disconnected someone is from the spirit world and the “size” of their ego.

To be disconnected from the spirit world is to be disconnected from life, and the bigger the ego, the more we are disconnected from ourselves.

If a balloon is symbolic of the ego and the barriers between us and the spirit world, then being chosen by the spirit world is symbolic of popping that balloon, known as “ego death”.

However, ego death is not merely the dissolution of the ego, but a profound and often terrifying experience in which the boundaries between self and other, subject and object, dissolve into nothingness. It is a state of complete surrender, in which the illusions of the ego are stripped away, revealing the raw, unfiltered truth of our existence.

The beautiful thing about death is rebirth! Ego death marks the birth of a shaman. Just as a baby can’t stand on its own feet, the shaman also needs to learn how to walk, but in this case it’s about walking the path of a shaman. And just as a baby falls when learning to walk, so too does the shaman in training.

Furthermore, an ego death often creates an identity crisis and even psychosis, or other mental health issues. Part of the initiation of becoming a shaman is healing the psychosis, neurosis, physical, and spiritual imbalances, while creating a healthy ego.

While learning to become a shaman, or some offshoot of shamanism, can be done within a year, becoming a shaman from direct experiences can take years, and sometimes decades!

Every person is unique with different things they need to heal or overcome through direct experience. There is a quote that people can only heal others to the point that they have healed themselves. Also, there is something comforting about being able to tell clients “I know what you are going through, as I’ve been there before”.

While learning shamanism can provide a solid foundation and understanding of shamanic practices, direct experiences are seen as essential for truly embodying shamanic wisdom and power. Direct experiences can deepen one’s connection to the spiritual realm, enhance intuition and healing abilities, and lead to personal transformation and growth.

Personally, my healing journey began in 2002 when I experienced depression. The depression was there for a reason, but I was young and just wanted to party with my friends, so I ignored the whispers calling me to a different path. Eventually those whispers became screams and, in 2007, I experienced an ego death, marking the beginning of my shamanic journey. However, at this point I didn’t know it was a shamanic journey. I spent years and lots of money trying to heal my broken soul. One of the biggest shifts for me came in 2012, when I was introduced to Tibetan Buddhism as it provided many answers to the things I was experiencing. The next big shift was in 2017, when I came across the Emotion Code and Body Code healing program. The combination of Tibetan Buddhist teachings and practices, in addition to the Emotion Code and Body Code, was a catalyst for immense growth, transformation, and experiences.

I suspect the reason there aren’t more shamans is one, because the ways of the indigenous people have been suppressed and oppressed because they didn’t reflect the ways of the religious hierarchies. Another factor is that shamans that are chosen, and what they have to go through, isn’t on a timeline. It could take a year or even decades before a shaman is able to help others.

  2. How long has the shaman been doing healing work for?
  3. Does the shaman have reviews and testimonials?
  4. Trust your intuition!

Imagine receiving powerful healing energy from the comfort of your own home. That’s the potential of distance healing, also known as remote healing.

Distance healing is a practice that transcends physical limitations to promote well-being and operates on the basis that everything is interconnected.

Distance healing encompasses various techniques where a practitioner transmits healing energy or works with the spirit world to find and clear negative energies for a person who is physically distant. Reiki, Pranic Healing, Therapeutic Touch, Emotion Code, and Body Code are some popular examples.

How does distance healing work? While the exact science is still being explored, some theories suggest that distance healing may utilize energy fields that surround living things, or the power of focused intention to influence a recipient’s well-being, even from afar.

Quantum Entanglement And Distance Healing

Shamanism is not usually considered a religion, although there are many “religions” that resemble shamanism.

For example, Paganism is an umbrella term for nature-based worship.

The Problem With One God

Having only one god can present several challenges and potential problems, depending on the context and beliefs of the society or individual. Here are a few considerations:

  1. Limited Perspective: Worshipping only one god can limit one’s perspective on spirituality and the divine. Different cultures and religions have different beliefs about the nature of the divine, and focusing solely on one god can lead to a narrow understanding of the complexity of the divine.
  2. Exclusivity and Intolerance: Believing in only one god can sometimes lead to exclusivity and intolerance towards other belief systems. This can result in conflict and division among different religious groups. The treatment of Indigenous Peoples is a prime example of this.

Many people replace the word “God” with “Source” or “Universe”. The Bible is very specific about what God is like. For example, he is said to be a jealous God. Others believe that God is in everything and cannot be personified in the way he is in the Bible.

The other problem is that if we only worship and give our power to a male god it creates a huge imbalance between the masculine and feminine energies. Worshipping a male god creates a patriarchal society and without feminine energy we may encounter more aggression or wars.

Nature-based religions, on the other hand, believe there are many gods and deities that specialize in different functions in the same way that people have different talents or skills.

This lineage is believed to carry the blessings and teachings of the Buddha and his enlightened disciples, ensuring the authenticity and effectiveness of the practices.

The Buddha was one of the most powerful shamans to walk the earth and a religion was created to share and protect his teachings.

It is believed that each teacher in the Vajrayana lineage has received the teachings directly from their own teacher, going back to the historical Buddha himself. By receiving teachings from a qualified teacher within the lineage, practitioners can connect directly to the wisdom and compassion of the Buddha.

The lineage is believed to carry the blessings and spiritual power of the enlightened masters. This transmission is considered essential for the effectiveness of Vajrayana practices, which often involve the use of rituals, mantras, and visualizations.

The lineage ensures the preservation and transmission of the teachings from generation to generation. It is seen as a way to protect the purity of the teachings from distortion or corruption.

Instead of giving one’s power away to a religion, guide, or guru, the modern shaman wants to encourage people to take their power back by engaging in practices that cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion, self-love, introspection, mindfulness, and wisdom from within, resulting in unshakable confidence.

The modern shaman wants to empower his, or her clients to reach their full potential and independence, while many religions want people to give their power to them, in order to maintain dependence.

Am I A Shaman?

“Am I a shaman?” This question, whispered by the soul and echoed in the heart, is a profound inquiry into the depths of one’s being. It is a question that carries with it the weight of ancient wisdom and the promise of profound transformation.

To ask this question is to embark on a journey of self-discovery, to explore the hidden realms of the psyche and the spirit. It is a question that speaks to a longing for connection, for meaning, for purpose. And while the answer may not be clear, the mere act of asking opens the door to a world of possibility, where the ordinary becomes extraordinary, and the mundane becomes magical.

So, ask yourself, “Am I a shaman?” And listen closely to the whispers of your heart, for they may hold the key to unlocking the mysteries of your true self.

Awakening The Shaman Within

Becoming a shaman is not a journey for the faint of heart; it is a transformative odyssey that calls upon one to delve deep into the mysteries of the self and the universe. It is a path of awakening, where the ordinary becomes extraordinary, and the unseen becomes visible.

To become a shaman is to embark on a quest for truth, a quest that will challenge your beliefs, push you to your limits, and ultimately, reveal the essence of who you are.

The Call

To become a shaman is to heed the ancient call of the earth and her inhabitants, to journey into the depths of the soul, and to embrace the path of the healer with courage and humility.

The journey to becoming a shaman is not one of mere study or intellectual pursuit, but a profound and transformative process of self-discovery, spiritual awakening, and enlightenment.

The first step to become a shaman isn’t always a conscious choice, but a primal beckoning.

Do you experience vivid dreams, a deep connection to nature, an unexplainable pull towards the unseen, or a deep-seated knowing that you are meant for something more? These may be the whispers of the spirit world and your soul, urging you to answer the ancient call to become a shaman.

The call to become a shaman can occur at any point within one’s life. It doesn’t matter if you’re in college studying to become an electrician or if you’re a professional athlete. And the longer you ignore the call, the whisper will become a scream.

One of the most difficult things about becoming a shaman is it feels like free will is taken away.

I experienced my call around 2002 when I suddenly became ill with what felt like mono, even though the tests were negative. I was constantly tired and depressed and was given anti-depressants for the first time.

For many summers after this experience I was working with my hands and the earth in irrigation, lawn maintenance, and gardening. I felt that the spirit world wanted me to remain close to the Earth, but I also felt that my Dad wanted me to work with him in Financial Planning.

For 3 years I studied business and finance during the school year and worked outside with my hands during the summer months. I look back and there were so many signs that I wasn’t meant to work in finance but I didn’t listen. Instead, the whisper became a scream and I had a breakdown and ended up in the hospital.

Instead of taking the gradual path to where I needed to be so I could embody my life purpose, I ended up wasting over 3 years swimming upstream trying to become someone I wasn’t meant to become!

It was in 2007 that everything changed. I was told to just put my head down and keep pushing through to graduate from the program. However, the stress and pressure of going against the grain only got worse with time. Just as an elastic band will eventually break when being pulled in two directions, as did I.

My parents knew someone was wrong but didn’t know what. Following the advice of a doctor friend, my Dad took me to the hospital. Apparently, I was under the impression that I was going to “heal the world”. This belief was considered to be delusion and I was kept in the hospital for observation.

My story is not unlike the story of many others that came before me, and will come after me, who ignored the call to become a shaman.

I believe that everyone has a life purpose and, for some, that life purpose is to become a shaman, whether they call themselves a shaman or not.

The problem is that many people don’t believe in “life purpose”, so it’s not talked about by our parents or society. On top of that, most people in the West don’t even know what a shaman is even though the need for personal healing and environmental protection is critical.

Overall, he shamanic journey is a call to awaken to the interconnectedness of all things. It’s about learning to see the world, not as a collection of separate beings, but as a web of life in which all are connected.

Seeking Guidance: Finding A Shaman Teacher

Embarking on the path to become a shaman is not easy and can be quite lonely at times. Becoming a shaman is a sacred journey that transforms an ordinary person into an extraordinary person.

Becoming shaman is a profound and transformative journey, one that requires guidance, support, and mentorship. It can be beneficial to have a shaman teacher during this process; someone that can say “I’ve been where you are and can help you through it”.

The shaman teacher, also known as a guru, is one who initiates, transmits, guides, illuminates, debates and corrects a student in the journey of knowledge and of self-realization. The guru is seen as the one who “dispels the darkness of ignorance.”

Most people will have many teachers, but usually there is one “root” teacher.

Finding a shaman teacher who can help you navigate this path is essential, as they can offer wisdom, healing, experience, and practical guidance to help you develop your skills and deepen your connection to the spiritual realms.

The first step in finding a shaman teacher is to be open and receptive to the guidance of the spirit world. The right teacher will often appear when you are ready. Trust in the process and remain open to the signs and signals that the universe sends your way.

I have had many teachers but my root teacher is a Lama within Tibetan Buddhism who was a catalyst on my shamanic journey, opening the door to the blessings of the unbroken spiritual lineage and shamanic teachings of Vajrayana Buddhism.

However, I have also had many other teachers that I was able to learn from, many of them healers. I have also found teachers within books, blogs, and videos online.

Another way to find a shaman teacher is to immerse yourself in the shamanic community. Attend workshops, retreats, and gatherings where you can meet other practitioners and learn from their experiences. Many experienced shamans offer teachings and workshops to those who are serious about learning the craft.

Another valuable resource for finding a teacher is the internet. Many shamanic teachers offer online courses and workshops that can be accessed from anywhere in the world. Look for teachers who resonate with you and whose teachings align with your own spiritual beliefs and practices.

It’s also important to trust your intuition when seeking a teacher. A true teacher will empower you to trust your own inner guidance and will not seek to control or manipulate you. An authentic shaman, or teacher, will constantly remind you to look within.

Take the time to get to know potential teachers and ensure that their intentions are aligned with your own.

Above all, remember that the journey to becoming a shaman is deeply personal, and finding the right teacher is just the first step.

Stay open to new experiences, trust in the wisdom of the spirits, and embrace the path that unfolds before you. Although a shaman teacher can be hugely beneficial, remember that the true guru (or shaman) resides within you. A teacher can walk you to the door, but you have to open it and walk through it when you’re ready.

While self-realization and self-discovery are related, they differ in focus and depth. Self-discovery is more about exploring and understanding the various aspects of oneself, while self-realization is about recognizing and embodying one’s true essence and life purpose. Self-discovery can be seen as a stepping stone to self-realization, as it often precedes or accompanies the process of realizing one’s true nature.

Once you have answered the call and have sources to learn from, the next step is to embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery. This process looks different for each person and the length of time required varies. Patience is essential.

This stage is like an initiation into the way of the shaman. Looking inwards is not easy as it requires looking directly at the pain and neurosis within.

Not everyone makes it through this stage as there are common obstacles and pitfalls. For example, in an effort to escape the pain and loneliness, people may struggle with addictions and even attempt suicide.

It’s important to utilize all sources of support during this phase. Ideally, you will have an authentic teacher and healer to guide you out of the darkness and into the light. However, a good teacher can be hard to find.

Also, although having a shaman teacher can be beneficial, there is never just one person that can help with everything. Other sources of support include:

  • Family
  • Friends
  • Pet Therapy
  • Talk Therapy
  • Psychiatrist (to address psychosis or chemical imbalances)
  • Yoga & Meditation
  • Nature Walks/Camping

I know it can be difficult for some to utilize the sources of support listed above, but just start with one and be patient with yourself.

While external guidance from experienced teachers is valuable, the most profound lessons and insights often emerge from deep introspection and connection with your own inner wisdom.

Meditation, mantras, sound baths, breathwork, spending time in nature, and various healing modalities can help to explore your inner landscape, fostering self-awareness, introspection, and connection to the spirit world. Explore these practices with dedication and patience, for the journey inward is the foundation of the shamanic path.

Ultimately, becoming a shaman is not a destination, but a journey – a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. It is a path of deep spiritual awakening and profound connection to the earth and all its inhabitants.

Within indigenous communities around the world exists the role of the shaman, but in the bustling cityscape, amidst the towering buildings and honking horns, walks the modern shaman, a guardian of societal well-being.

Living in a big city can offer many opportunities and conveniences, but it also comes with its own set of challenges, primarily mental, physical, and emotional stress combined with a disconnection from the natural world. Stress is known as the “silent killer” and is only getting worse in big cities, largely due to:

  • Traffic Congestion

  • Limited Green Spaces
  • Social Isolation (Loneliness)

In addition to mental health, addictions, and loneliness, people are spending too much time on their phones and not enough time in nature.

Serving the community is central to the role of a shaman. It’s not just about personal growth and acquiring esoteric knowledge; it’s about utilizing your gifts to heal, guide, and empower others.

The modern shaman isn’t a relic of the past, but a vital thread in the tapestry of society. By nurturing the well-being of individuals, communities, and the environment, they pave the way for a more harmonious and sustainable future for all.

In times of darkness, spiritual and environmental degradation, and uncertainty, the role of the shaman becomes more crucial than ever.

As the world grapples with challenges ranging from environmental crises to social unrest, the wisdom and healing practices of shamans offer a beacon of hope and guidance.

There are many reasons why we need more shamans, including:

  1. Protection Of The Environment: Shamans play a vital role in healing the wounds of the earth. As we face environmental challenges such as climate change and deforestation, shamans offer a deep understanding of our interconnectedness with nature and the importance of living in harmony with the earth.
  2. Harmony With The Spirit World: Shamans are responsible for ensuring that after death, one’s spirit makes it to the next stage, rather than getting stuck here wandering aimlessly. Shamans also care for the nature spirits of the animals, plants, and elements that inhabit the world around us. This is relative to protecting the environment: the forests, the oceans, the air, and all the animals.

The shamanic path can be very lonely, and without the right support, many potential shamans end up in and out of psychiatric wards, addicted to drugs, and even homeless.

By embracing the wisdom and practices of shamans, we can navigate the challenges of our times with grace and resilience.

For example, I have met Reiki healers, akashic records healers, and other people that utilize a variety of modalities rooted in their connection with the spirit world.

Black Magic Unmasked: Exploring The Mysteries Of The Dark Arts

In the shadows of human history, amidst whispers of incantations and the flicker of candlelight, lies a realm steeped in mystery and fear – the realm of black magic.

From ancient civilizations to modern societies, the practice of harnessing dark energies for personal gain or malevolent purposes has captivated the human imagination, evoking both fascination and dread.

Black magic, often shrouded in secrecy and taboo, is a form of sorcery that delves into the forbidden, the sinister, and the occult.

Ultimately, black magic is the art of wielding supernatural forces to manipulate, harm, or control others.

In my healing work I see the same patterns of what black magic has done over and over again with clients which leads me to believe that many people are using the same book (or books) of rituals, spells, and incantations.

I also suspect that many people have no idea what they are truly working with, or once they do realize it, they are already deep within a cult that’s difficult to get out of.

Black Magic: The Most Destructive Addiction

Black magic, with its allure of power and control, has long captivated the human imagination. It is a practice steeped in mystery and danger, promising access to supernatural forces and the ability to influence the world in ways that defy logic and reason.

Black magic, and the power that comes with it, is a drug more dangerous and addictive than heroin. Just as heroin, and other hard drugs, negatively affect the user and those that love the user, so too, does black magic negatively affect the practitioner, those they are close to, and the one’s they directly harm.

Black magic, or the use of supernatural powers for malicious purposes, can be addictive for several reasons:

  • Sense of Power: Engaging in black magic can give individuals a sense of power and control over others. This feeling of power can be intoxicating and addictive, leading individuals to seek out more opportunities to wield this power.
  • Desire for Revenge: For some, black magic may be a way to seek revenge or retribution against those they perceive as having wronged them. The feeling of satisfaction or justice that comes from seeing harm befall their perceived enemies can be addictive.
  • Sense of Superiority: Engaging in black magic can create a sense of superiority over others, especially if the individual believes they have access to knowledge or abilities that others do not. This feeling of superiority can be addictive and lead to a desire to continue practicing black magic.
  • Escape from Reality: For some individuals, engaging in black magic may provide an escape from the stresses and challenges of everyday life. The sense of entering a different, more powerful realm can be addictive, leading to a desire to continue practicing black magic.
  • Psychological Factors: Black magic can also be addictive due to psychological factors, such as the reinforcement of certain behaviours or beliefs. If an individual believes that practicing black magic brings them power or control, they may be more likely to continue engaging in these practices.

Overall, the addictive nature of black magic can vary depending on the individual and their motivations for engaging in these practices. It is important to note that black magic is often harmful and can have serious consequences, both for the practitioner and for those affected by their actions.

Power And Control

At its core, black magic is a manifestation of the human desire for power and control – a desire that transcends time and culture. It is a reflection of our deepest fears and insecurities, our darkest impulses and desires, laid bare in the pursuit of dominance over the forces of nature and the spirits that inhabit the unseen realms.

But behind the veil of its allure lies a dangerous and treacherous path. Black magic is not a game or a mere superstition – it is a force to be reckoned with, capable of unleashing chaos, destruction, and despair upon those who dare to wield it.

Practitioners of black magic walk a razor’s edge, balancing on the brink of moral decay and spiritual oblivion, getting drunk on the power, control, and quick results that it offers. It’s only a matter of time before they get lost in the darkness of their own creations. Evil always eats itself sooner or later.

Consumed By Black Magic

While white magic abides by the rules of “do no harm”, black magic is harmful to others. Knowing this, people that practice black magic lack basic compassion. Whatever light may be left in their heart will be, inevitably, blown out by the winds of black magic.

I suspect that there are two main reasons why people are drawn to black magic:

One, they were raised with little to no love, or are in pain from unresolved childhood trauma, which creates a vulnerability in one’s morals and ethics. If someone is told they can gain power from harming others, I’d like to think that most people would know that wrong and a dangerous path to go down. However, the quote “hurt people, hurt people” is fitting in this context.

Two, they felt powerless in their life. Again, if someone was traumatized at a young age or if people constantly invaded their boundaries they may feel powerless. Black magic provides a false, and temporary, sense of power and control which can become addictive if the root of their pain or trauma isn’t addressed.

In addition to the addictive nature of black magic, it is also believed that using black magic can attract negative entities and the practitioner may risk losing control of the forces they are working with. Black magic can consume an individual, similar to when someone overdoses from hard drugs.

Furthermore, the use of black magic may have psychological consequences on the practitioner, causing guilt, shame, anxiety, or paranoia.

The most devastating effect of using black magic is to become fully consumed, possibly leading to psychosis or full blown insanity.

The Victim: Am I Vulnerable To Black Magic?

As a shaman healer I come across black magic with literally every client. From my experience I would say that black magic is nothing short of an epidemic. This may sound scary, but remember, whatever is there was there before you read these sentences, so there is no need to panic.

For many, the effects of black magic are imperceivable. The effects of black magic are similar to “boiling frog syndrome”.

In a 19th century science experiment researchers found that when they put a frog in a pan of boiling water, the frog just quickly jumped out. On the other hand, when they put a frog in cold water and put the water to boil over time, the frog just boiled to death.

The essence of the boiling frog syndrome is that when our living conditions deteriorate slowly and gradually from black magic, we try to adapt instead of addressing the root cause of the problems (the heat).

Similarly, black magic may affect people very slowly over time. Eventually, symptoms will manifest and the doctor will try to address the symptoms. If Western Medicine is unable to address the underlying cause of the symptoms then the probability that it stems from black magic increases.

Again, there is nothing to be afraid of. If you are reading this article then you may suspect that black magic may be affecting you. There are many signs and symptoms of black magic, but I can also “test” if black magic is affecting you using muscle testing. And if it tests positive then I can remove the black magic. I have yet to find something that I am unable to remove, so you are in the right place!

Warding Off The Evil Eye

The concept of the evil eye and black magic are often intertwined, as both involve the use of negative energy or intention to cause harm to others. However, there are some key differences between the two.

The evil eye is typically thought to be an unintentional curse or hex cast by someone who is envious or harbours ill will towards another person.

It is believed that the person giving the evil eye may not even be aware of the harm they are causing. The effects of the evil eye can range from minor misfortunes to more serious health or financial problems.

Source Of The Evil Eye

Just as a CEO of a big company oversees all business operations and activities, so too, are there people that oversee different black magic lineages.

The individuals that oversee the use of black magic have their 3rd eye open. But because they use this power to harm or control others it is commonly known as the Evil Eye.

Also known as the inner eye or the mind’s eye, the third eye is believed to be a gateway to higher consciousness and spiritual insight. Some people use this gift to help others while others may use it malevolently,

What I’ve come to realize in my healing work, and personal experiences, is that powerful sorcerers who have their 3rd eye open use other people as vehicles, or channels, to send these negative energies to others, which is why the person they are using may be unaware of what’s happening.

However, this only works with people that lack self-awareness or have other vulnerabilities that allow someone else to temporarily take control of their consciousness. Sometimes the people on the “front lines” are aware of, and okay with, what’s happening, while others are not.

Evil Eye Removal

The only way to “remove” the evil eye is to “blind”, or take power away from, the people that possess the evil eye. With my clients the objective isn’t to remove the evil eye, but rather add protection and clear all underlying vulnerabilities.

There are a number of “evil eye lineages” and many people in power are addicted and consumed by the black magic they use. Metaphorically, you could say that their hearts have turned cold and black.

In a healthy individual, or someone with appropriate protection, the evil eye isn’t able to do much to that person. However, they prey on the weak and vulnerable.

For example, within the Body Code, we are taught that drug use can open people up to negative energies and influences. Getting drunk or high, and even having surgery, can create vulnerabilities.

Becoming aware of black magic and the evil eye can be scary, especially if you can relate to the symptoms and signs. The good news is that there are many ways to get rid of the evil eye with the shamanic healing work I do.

Love Magic Exposed: The Truth Behind the Spells

The concept of love magic has captivated hearts and imaginations for millennia. We see it in movies and read about it in books, but is it real?

Have you ever been in a relationship where your intuition is telling you to end it but no matter what you do you keep ending up back together like a boomerang?

Or have you ever ended a relationship, either friend or lover, but your mind is still always thinking about them?

These are examples of situations where love magic could definitely be involved. There are many forms of love magic, including binding two people together like in the examples above.

You may be thinking that if two people are bound together then it’s not real love, and this is true! A lot of love magic doesn’t respect free will and most people that are affected are not consciously aware.

If you feel like you are under the influence of love magic that is negatively affecting you I can easily break a love spell. I wish I knew how to do this 20 years ago!

What is Love Magic?

Love magic encompasses a diverse range of practices, rituals, and beliefs aimed at attracting and influencing love and relationships. One of the most practiced love spells involves love spell candles.

Candles are commonly used in witchcraft rituals for many reasons. In regards to attracting love, the practitioner will create a sacred space and designate a red or green candle as the focus of the spell. Red symbolizes love and green represents the heart chakra. Sometimes these rituals will coincide with phases of the moon.

Some people will also bless the outside of the candle with an essential oil such as rose or ylang ylang.

The candle love spell, in theory, will draw a romantic partner into one’s life once the candle has burned down. As a young man I always felt like something was missing in my life. I was convinced that all I needed was a good relationship to make me feel whole.

Many times, I remember hearing friends say “he just needs to get laid”, like sex can resolve everything.

I spent years in my early 20’s sleeping with different women only to prove that the statement above is not true; getting laid didn’t help my core issues! I felt shame and guilt going from one woman to the next one. At a subconscious level I knew something was wrong but didn’t know what.

I believe that many of my issues stemmed from my parents getting divorced when I was 7 years old. I suspect that when the Father isn’t there to provide the love a son needs, that the child won’t know how to love himself!

It wasn’t until I came across the Emotion Code and Body Code in 2017 that I was finally able to start healing my wounds and traumas, opening the door to love and accept myself, rather than looking externally for love and acceptance.

What I’ve learned from my own experiences is that until you love yourself unconditionally it will always feel like something is missing or broken. And if this is the case, then you will most likely attract romantic partners that are also “missing something”.
