What Is A Modern Shaman?2023-07-05T17:31:43-07:00

What Is A Modern Shaman?

What is a Modern Shaman and why do they play such an important role within society today? A Modern Shaman utilizes, and merges, ancient wisdom and traditions into a modern context. Most Shamans are deeply rooted and connected to the spirit world and the environment.

Most individuals, including myself, had to go through an intense spiritual initiation as a prerequisite to becoming a powerful healer and protector of the environment. Although not all Shamans are healers, the one constant is that all Shamans are intermediaries between the physical and spiritual realms.

At this point in time there is a huge disconnect between people and the spirit realms. Depending on where and how people were raised, most are completely ignorant, and even scared of the thought that spirits exist.

Because of the disconnection between people and the spirit realm and environmental destruction Shamans are needed now more than ever. In the West, many people that are “chosen” to become Shamans are treated as mentally ill. Read more about how, and why, people are “chosen” to become Shamans in a section of one of my articles titled “The Birth Of A Shaman”.

In traditional cultures, a shaman is a spiritual healer, practitioner, and intermediary between the physical and spiritual realms. Shamanism is an ancient practice that involves connecting with the spirit world, often through altered states of consciousness, to gain knowledge, guidance, and healing for individuals and communities.

A modern shaman refers to someone who incorporates shamanic principles and practices into their lives within a contemporary context. While the core elements of shamanism remain the same, modern shamans often adapt and integrate these practices with their own cultural backgrounds, belief systems, and personal experiences.

Modern shamans may integrate ancient traditional practices, techniques, and teachings with other healing modalities such as energy work, psychotherapy, mindfulness practices, and even modern technology. They may also draw inspiration from various spiritual traditions, indigenous wisdom, and mystical teachings.

The work of a Modern Shaman is crucial in this period of spiritual and environmental degradation. The abilities of Modern Shamans vary from person to person, but generally focus on personal and spiritual growth, self-discovery, healing, and transformation.

They may work with individuals, offering guidance, energy healing, or facilitating ceremonies and rituals. Some modern shamans also engage in environmental activism, working to restore the balance between humanity and nature.

It’s important to note that the term “modern shaman” is not universally accepted, and there is a range of perspectives on its usage. Some argue that true shamanism belongs exclusively to indigenous cultures and should not be appropriated or diluted. Others see it as an evolving practice that can adapt to contemporary needs while respecting the core principles of shamanism.

Why Work With James Trinley?2023-07-05T10:16:54-07:00

Why Work With James Trinley?

James Trinley is a powerful and compassionate Shaman, Master Energy Healer, and Bodhisattva. While many people will say certain illnesses and diseases are incurable, James retains an optimistic point of view, as he has personally overcome every health issue and obstacle that crossed his path.

James was forged in the fires of suffering which started at a very young age when his parents got divorced. He continuously faced immense physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges through his life until he found a way to heal himself where the traditional medical systems failed.

Many of James’ clients were also unable to find relief from their issues within the traditional medical system and, in many cases, also the alternative health systems. The work James does fills a gap within the health systems as he directly targets the root cause of a client’s symptoms, rather than trying to suppress one’s symptoms.

However, it’s important to note that the healing work James does isn’t always a replacement for traditional medical care, but is rather complementary to other types of traditional treatments.

What Is The Healing Journey?2023-07-05T10:11:11-07:00

What Is The Healing Journey?

What is the Healing Journey and why are so many people embarking on this “journey”?

At this point in time the state of the human condition is dire. In most countries we face a mental health and addictions crisis. I’m sure everyone who reads this knows at least one person that has died of an overdose.

In addition to the mental health crisis, many people are also suffering from physical and emotional problems. Whenever I venture out to run errands I see people limping, hunched over, and in pain in general.

Even in my healing work, it’s shocking how many trapped emotions people have.

The human condition has degenerated slowly, over a long period of time. In fact, we just exited a period/cycle of time known as the Kali Yuga, or Age Of Degeneration. (I highly recommend reading my blog post on the Kali Yuga to better understand what we’ve been through as a human species, and all the amazing things that have yet to come!)

The healing journey is a deeply personal and transformative process that individuals embark upon in order to heal and restore balance in their lives.

Oftentimes, people don’t consciously choose to go on their healing journey, but are rather forced into it with the diagnosis of some form of physical or mental disease or disorder.

It is a journey of self-discovery, growth, and inner transformation that encompasses various aspects of one’s being, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Throughout the healing journey, individuals navigate through challenges, confront past wounds, and cultivate practices that support their overall healing and well-being.

At the core of the healing journey is the recognition that healing is not merely the absence of illness or discomfort, but a holistic state of well-being that encompasses the integration and harmonization of all aspects of one’s being. It is an acknowledgment that our experiences, traumas, and imbalances are interconnected and can manifest in various ways throughout our lives.

The healing journey begins with a willingness to explore and understand oneself on a deep level. It involves acknowledging and accepting the wounds, patterns, and imbalances that exist within. This may involve facing past traumas, unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs, or negative thought patterns. It requires courage, self-compassion, and a commitment to self-care and self-reflection.

The healing journey is a process of unlearning and reprogramming. It involves identifying and challenging ingrained beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve our well-being. It may involve seeking support from therapists, healers, or spiritual teachers who can provide guidance, tools, and techniques to facilitate the healing process.

Physical healing is an integral part of the journey. It involves nourishing the body with nutritious foods, engaging in regular exercise, getting adequate rest, and addressing any physical imbalances or ailments. The healing journey recognizes the profound connection between the mind and body and the impact that physical health has on overall well-being.

Emotional healing is another crucial aspect of the journey. It entails processing and releasing suppressed or unexpressed emotions, developing healthy emotional coping mechanisms, and cultivating self-love and self-acceptance. It may involve practices such as journaling, therapy, meditation, or engaging in creative expression to explore and heal emotional wounds.

The healing journey also encompasses mental healing and growth. It involves challenging negative thought patterns, cultivating positive beliefs and attitudes, and developing a mindset that supports well-being and personal growth. This may involve practices like mindfulness, affirmations, cognitive restructuring, or seeking knowledge and understanding through personal development resources.

Spiritual healing is an essential component of the journey as well. It involves connecting to a sense of purpose and meaning, exploring one’s spiritual beliefs, and nurturing a connection with something greater than oneself. This may involve engaging in spiritual practices such as meditation, prayer, rituals, or exploring various spiritual traditions.

Throughout the healing journey, individuals learn to cultivate self-compassion, patience, and resilience. It is a nonlinear process with ups and downs, and each person’s journey is unique. The healing journey is not about reaching a destination but rather embracing the ongoing process of growth and self-discovery.

In conclusion, the healing journey is a transformative and empowering process that individuals undertake to restore balance, well-being, and wholeness in their lives. It involves exploring and integrating various aspects of one’s being and requires self-awareness, self-compassion, and a commitment to personal growth. It is a journey of self-discovery, healing past wounds, and embracing a holistic approach to well-being.

How Long Does It Take To Be Fully Healed/Protected?2023-12-26T11:20:04-08:00

How Long Does It Take To Be Fully Healed/Protected?

People often ask me how long “how long does it take to become fully healed and protected?”

The short answer is that there is no quick fix. Personally, something happened to me in 2003 which launched me into my healing journey which means I have been healing, learning, and growing every day for the last 20 years! I provide 20 years of experience and wisdom to my clients. For my younger clients, this means I started my healing journey when they were only a few years old!

We must ask ourselves the question “What does it mean to be fully healed and protected?” In accordance to ancient wisdom teachings, the only way to become fully healed and protected is by reaching enlightenment. The teachings also state that it can take many lifetimes to achieve this goal!

Additionally, there are very few enlightened beings on our planet today, which means very few people can authentically show the way from personal experience. However, many people are walking the path to enlightenment and are also equipped to help others.

People who devote themselves to achieving enlightenment for the benefit of others, rather than just for themselves, are known as Bodhisattvas in Tibetan Buddhism. Bodhisattva means “one who seeks awakening”.

There is one difference between a Bodhisattva and an enlightened being; A Bodhisattva is working to liberate him or herself from Samsara, while an enlightened being has already done so.

I am a Bodhisattva seeking enlightenment for the benefit of myself, others, and the environment. I am also a Shaman and a healer. I am here to help others heal from their pains and traumas, protect them from negative energies and obstacles that try to derail them from progressing on their path, and to create a community of like-minded individuals with similar goals and aspirations.

How long will it take to be fully healed and protected, I am not sure, but I do know that the more we heal ourselves and develop healthy relationships with others, the journey becomes more enjoyable.

I devote every day to becoming a better healer. The more I learn, the more healing and protection I can offer my clients.

What Is Distance Healing?2023-07-06T10:45:17-07:00

I don’t do healings over the phone or in person because I work best and most effectively when I have full focus. I tell clients the date and time I will do a healing and they can sit in meditation and pay attention to their thoughts, feelings, and emotions during the healing. I also encourage to take notes of things that arise. After the healing I send a “Healing Summary Report” to outline everything that was cleared. There is a glossary of terms located here so you can understand the definitions of energies that were cleared.

The interconnectedness of all life. No separation.

What Is Energy Healing?2023-07-04T17:08:36-07:00

What Is Energy Healing?

What is Energy healing and why is it becoming so popular?

Energy Healing is a holistic approach to wellness that addresses imbalances in the subtle energy systems of the body. It is based on the belief that energetic imbalances or blockages can impact a person’s physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Energy healers work with the concept that the body has an inherent ability to heal itself, and they aim to facilitate this healing process by restoring the flow and balance of energy.

The underlying principle of energy healing is that everything is made up of energy, including our bodies. According to this perspective, when there is a disruption or imbalance in the energy flow, it can manifest as physical or emotional symptoms.

Energy healing techniques aim to identify and address these imbalances, allowing the energy to flow freely and promoting healing on multiple levels.

I have experienced, and even become certified, in many forms of energy healing such as Reiki, Acupuncture, Akashic Records Healing, Chakra Healing, in addition to others and they are all great. However, I found Emotion Code and Body Code to be the most extensive and powerful.

Energy healing can be used as a complementary approach alongside conventional medical treatments or as a standalone therapy. It is important to note that energy healing is not a replacement for medical care, but it can work in conjunction with other forms of treatment to support the overall well-being of an individual.

The effectiveness of energy healing may vary among individuals, and it is often subjective and dependent on personal beliefs and experiences. It is advisable to seek out qualified and reputable energy healers who have appropriate training and experience in their specific modality.

Energy Healing Vs. Traditional Medicine2023-07-04T17:04:27-07:00

Energy Healing Vs. Traditional Medicine

Is there a place for energy healing within traditional medicine?

Traditional medicine is mostly directed towards treating symptoms rather than the root cause of disease. The energy healing I do is considered holistic because I look at the whole person in an effort to treat the underlying cause of a disease.

Energy healing and traditional medicine represent two distinct approaches to healthcare. One is not better than the other as they both fulfill different needs. If you break a bone, you’re not going to go to an energy healer and if you need help processing emotions, you’re not going to go to the hospital.

Energy healing is based on the belief that imbalances or blockages in the body’s energy field can contribute to physical, emotional, and mental health issues. Energy healers work with subtle energy to restore balance and promote healing.

Traditional medicine, on the other hand, is rooted in scientific evidence, diagnosis, and treatment of specific diseases or conditions using pharmaceuticals, surgeries, or other conventional medical interventions.

I believe that both approaches have their advantages and, in many cases, they actually overlap. Say, for example, someone is diagnosed with Bipolar or Schizophrenia. These are very serious mental health illnesses that rarely improve without the assistance of pharmaceutical medications. In addition, there is evidence that when people go off their medications the majority of people relapse.

However, the combination of medications, talk therapy, and Body Code Healing is the ultimate combination for reestablishing well-being and a higher quality of life!

Along my journey I have met many different people with different views. Some believe that Traditional Medicine is the only way to go and all alternative therapies are woo-woo. While others on the other side believe that “Big Pharma” is a conspiracy to medicate and numb the masses while pulling in billions of dollars. And then, of course, there are the religious fanatics that believe all you need is God.

Like most things, the answer is usually somewhere in the middle. Energy healers work with the subtle energies such as Chi, Jing, Shen, among others, to promote healing. Emotion Code and the Body Code practitioners are not the only ones that help others in this way. Reiki and acupuncture are known to be effective almost everywhere around the world.

While energy healers focus on the subtle energies, Traditional Medicine focuses on the biochemical and physiological mechanisms of the body, addressing illnesses and conditions through the use of medications, surgeries, physical therapies, and other evidence-based interventions.

As I stated before, instead of taking sides, as so many people love to do, try to walk the middle-path; both energy healing and traditional medicine can be looked at in a Venn diagram where it’s not always just one or the other, but rather, there are situations where both can be utilized together to maximize ones well-being.

Increasingly, there is recognition of the potential benefits of integrating energy healing with traditional medicine. Some healthcare systems and practitioners are open to incorporating complementary approaches to enhance patient care. This integration can occur when patients seek energy healing alongside traditional medical treatments, with open communication and collaboration between healthcare providers and energy healers.

What Is The Emotion Code?2023-07-04T16:59:00-07:00

What Is The Emotion Code?

The Emotion Code is level one of a two-level energy healing system. The Emotion Code Focuses on emotional healing. Emotions are a natural part of the human experience, but sometimes emotions can be so intense that they get stuck in the body, thereby creating a “blockage” in the energy field.

The concept of the human energy field is more widely accepted in Eastern and most Asian countries. In Traditional Chinese Medicine the energy flow within, and around, the body is referred to as Chi, while Ayurvedic Medicine in India refers to it as Prana.

The premise of the Emotion Code is that emotions, especially trapped or unresolved emotions, can negatively impact our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The Emotion Code aims to identify and release these trapped emotions to promote healing and restore balance.

According to the Emotion Code, emotions can become trapped in our bodies during times of intense emotional experiences, trauma, or stressful events. These trapped emotions are believed to disrupt the natural flow of energy within the body, leading to various physical and emotional symptoms.

The Emotion Code practitioner uses muscle testing or applied kinesiology to identify specific trapped emotions within a person’s energy field and then release them in different ways, depending on the practitioner.

The goal of releasing trapped emotions is to restore the body’s natural energy flow, which is believed to support physical healing, relieve emotional burdens, and improve overall well-being. The Emotion Code technique is often used as a complementary therapy alongside other healing modalities.

What Is The Body Code?2023-07-04T16:55:49-07:00

What Is The Body Code?

The Body Code is level two of a two-level energy healing system and, when combined with the Emotion Code, it is the most powerful and comprehensive energy healing system on the planet.

It is designed to address imbalances and blockages within the body, mind, and spirit that may contribute to physical and emotional issues.

The Body Code expands upon the principles of the Emotion Code and incorporates a broader range of factors that can affect a person’s well-being. It identifies and releases various imbalances such as trapped emotions, energy imbalances, post-traumatic energies, pathogens, nutritional deficiencies, structural misalignments, and toxicities.

The practitioner of the Body Code uses muscle testing or applied kinesiology to access the client’s subconscious mind and identify specific imbalances.

Once imbalances are identified, the practitioner can use various techniques to address them. This may involve releasing trapped emotions, balancing energies, performing energy healing, making nutritional recommendations, providing suggestions for lifestyle changes, and more.

The aim of the Body Code is to restore balance and harmony within the body’s energy systems, promoting overall well-being and potentially alleviating physical and emotional issues. The body has an amazing ability to heal itself once all the obstacles and obstructions have been cleared.

What Is A Trapped Emotion?2023-07-04T16:50:19-07:00

What Is A Trapped Emotion?

Trapped emotions refer to unresolved emotional experiences that are believed to become lodged or “trapped” in the body or energy system. This concept is often associated with alternative and complementary healing modalities such as energy psychology or energy medicine.

When people, or even animals, experience intense emotions such as fear, anger, sadness, shame, or anything else, these emotions may not be fully processed or released, especially during a traumatic experience.

An emotion may become stuck, or trapped, within the physical or energetic bodies when we are unable to process them at the time. These trapped emotions disrupt the natural flow of energy, potentially leading to physical, mental, or emotional imbalances or disease. Stuck emotions can lead to physical or emotional pain, anxiety, depression, diseases, illnesses, or even cancer.

For example, in 2004, the actor Christopher Reeve died from heart failure and in 2005, ten months after the death of her husband, Dana Reeve announced that she had been diagnosed with lung cancer. Dana had never smoked so why did she get lung cancer?

Different organs are responsible for different emotions and the lungs are associated with grief, sadness, sorrow, etc. Although it is impossible to prove, many believe that Dana became vulnerable to a lung-related disease due to unprocessed grief over the passing of her husband.

Practitioners who work with trapped emotions often use techniques like energy healing, bodywork, or emotional release exercises to identify and release these trapped emotions. They may use methods such as muscle testing, intuitive guidance, or subtle energy techniques to locate and release the trapped emotions.

One Emotion Code or Body Code session can release what may take years with the more traditional therapies. However, it is not to say that other therapies are not helpful. For example, when stuck emotions are cleared from someone it can be very beneficial to work with a counsellor, or some other form of talk therapy, to help process and integrate a healing session.

What Is A Heart-Wall?2023-07-05T17:37:42-07:00

What Is A Heart-Wall?

A heart-wall is a term commonly used in energy healing modalities which refers to trapped emotions that accumulate around the physical heart and heart chakra.

You have probably heard someone say something was “heart-breaking” or “he/she broke my heart”. To experience a “broken heart” can be very painful, and even traumatic, so we create a wall around our heart in an effort to protect ourselves. It may seem counterintuitive to do this, but when we can’t process strong emotions in the present moment they will remain within us until we get to a point where we are ready, and strong enough, to let them go.

When someone experiences emotional pain or trauma, emotions can get trapped in the body and energy field. Sometimes the emotions originate and get stuck around the chest area and, in some cases, trapped emotions also get “pulled” from other parts of the body to the heart; this happens at a subconscious level in an effort to protect oneself from pain.

For example, I cleared a client’s heart-wall and in the next session the heart-wall was back (but with different emotions). Clearing one’s heart-wall can make an individual feel vulnerable and even uncomfortable at first so they may, at a subconscious level “pull” trapped emotions from other parts of their body back around the heart. In these cases, it may take a few sessions before the client feels safe and comfortable to open their heart to the world again.

The heart-wall concept suggests that when we experience intense emotional events, the subconscious mind may create an energetic defense mechanism by layering trapped emotions around the heart. This heart-wall is believed to be composed of trapped emotions that act as a protective shield, shielding us from further emotional pain or vulnerability.

Proponents of the Emotion Code assert that while the heart-wall may initially serve a protective purpose, it can also hinder the ability to give and receive love, experience joy, and form deep connections with others.

The goal of energy healing techniques like the Emotion Code is to identify and release the trapped emotions comprising the heart-wall, allowing for emotional healing and improved well-being.

How Do I Know If I Have A Heart-Wall?2023-07-05T17:38:42-07:00

How Do I Know If I Have A Heart-Wall?

It has been tested that around 93% of people have a heart-wall! But how do you know if you have a heart-wall?

When I had my heart-wall cleared my life changed dramatically; I began to feel more connected to myself and others, my depression went away, I felt lighter and more energetic, my confidence went up, my mind became calm, and so much more. In fact, once I realized the true power of this healing work after getting my heart-wall cleared I knew I had to become certified so I can help others too!

  • Do you feel like you are on the outside looking in?
  • Do you feel disconnected from yourself and others?
  • Do you feel depressed or anxious?
  • Do you feel overwhelmed, hopeless, helpless, or unworthy?
  • Do you feel stuck in the same place for a long time?
  • Do you feel like something is missing in your life?
  • Do you feel unclear on your direction and purpose in life?
  • Do you feel unable to find and maintain a healthy romantic relationship?
  • Do you feel blocked from financial abundance?
  • Do you feel chest, neck, and shoulder pain and tightness?
How Many Sessions To Clear A Heart-Wall?2023-07-05T17:41:38-07:00

How Many Sessions To Clear A Heart-Wall?

The number of sessions required to clear a heart-wall vary depending on many factors; some factors include age, one’s upbringing, trauma, abuse, occupation, and even past lives, among others.

Another factor is in regards to how many emotions can be cleared within a session for each client. On average, most clients can handle a clearing of about 12-15 emotions per session. However, individuals who have been on their own healing journey for a while can handle more. I am very cautious to not clear too many to minimize discomfort.

It could be estimated that a heart-wall clearing could take between 3-5 sessions. Also, all Body Code Practitioners have their own unique style. I, for example, ask “what needs to be cleared most urgently?”, and what usually comes up are the offensive energies and negative spirit influences. However, if a client wants only a heart-wall clearing then I will prioritize their desires.

What To Expect During, And After, A Body Code Healing?2023-07-05T17:49:25-07:00

What To Expect During, And After, A Body Code Healing?

I do my healing work from a distance, known as “distance healing” or “remote healing”. I encourage clients to “tune in” and meditate during the healing session and even make notes about what they experience; Depending on one’s sensitivity, some people may feel strong energies around them, see imagery or colours in their minds’ eye, or even have a strong emotional release, among other things.

Some individuals may experience profound changes after their first session, feeling lighter and more energetic. However, the opposite can also be true. Healing isn’t always “rainbows and butterflies” as I like to say. Oftentimes, we have to experience challenging emotions or energies as they leave the body.

I am very cautious to not clear too much from an individual in one session, as I personally know what it feels like when I’ve cleared too much from myself. I am very gentle with my clients to minimize any potential discomfort from a healing. I have also noticed that the more healing sessions I do with a client, the more they can handle.

It takes great courage to progress along one’s Healing Journey. The process can sometimes be uncomfortable, but the results can be extraordinary! The process can be compared to working out at the gym. When someone lifts weights at the gym it creates little “micro-tears” in the muscle tissue which then heal and, over time, cause the muscles to get bigger. The days after an intense workout can be uncomfortable due to soreness in the muscles, but it’s a good soreness that lets you know the workout is providing results.

In regards to healing, let’s say I clear a trapped emotion of sadness from a client. At some point, the client experienced an emotion of sadness that was so intense that he or she, unconsciously, buried it deep into their subconscious mind.

This process is somewhat of a protective response to bury strong emotions that are too difficult to process in the present moment. Ideally, a suppressed emotion will surface naturally, later in life, to be processed and released when the individual has the strength and capacity to do so.

However, it can be difficult to process some emotions by oneself and many people will do anything to prevent those uncomfortable emotions from surfacing, leading to addictive tendencies. I believe that a lot of the mental health and addiction issues in society today are due to unprocessed emotions and trauma.

The beautiful thing about the Emotion Code and Body Code is that we can gently clear these intense emotions (and traumas). In the example above, if we clear the emotion of sadness, the client may cry as he or she feels the emotion again as it’s cleared. It may be uncomfortable at first, but the more baggage we clear, the lighter we feel!

Overall, after a healing, it’s not uncommon to experience some ups and downs, because once the underlying blockages and imbalances are corrected the body is able to restart its own innate healing processes. It’s good to be aware that after a healing the body may go through a purification process.

For example, if we clear toxins or remove blockages that are preventing toxins from flushing out of the body then the body may clear the toxins through sweat, urination, or excrement.

After working on someone they may start to feel fantastic for a few days but then some symptoms may come back. I always use the example of taking two steps forward, and one step back. We get a glimpse of what life can be like but then we realize there is more to clear or heal. It’s like peeling the layers of an onion. The subconscious mind gives you micro-glimpses of your potential future showing you what’s possible and that you are on the right track!

After a healing, it will take some time to process, integrate, and purify. I am very careful to not clear too much, as it can be very uncomfortable for days afterwards. During this period, I encourage clients to nourish their mind, body, and spirit with quality foods, light exercise, extra sleep if necessary and, of course, drink lots of water. If uncomfortable emotions do surface, deep belly breathing can be very helpful in allowing the emotions clear, rather than trying to push them back down.

What Is The Cost?2023-07-06T10:34:56-07:00

I charge $200 for a session or $1111 for 6 sessions (which I highly recommend). Once all of the most important energies have been cleared, I charge $150 per a session for maintenance. For example, if you get out of a relationship it’s important to cut all cords and clear any residual energies from that person so you can manifest a fresh, new relationship without any baggage.

What Is The Purification Process?2023-07-03T15:37:30-07:00

What Is The Purification Process

I first came across the concept of purification back in 2012 when I became friends with some Vajrayana Buddhist practitioners. I had been practicing yoga and meditation and studying some Buddhist teachings for a while before I met them, however, it was during this period that I was actually initiated into the Karma Kagyu (Vajrayana) lineage.

There are three schools of Buddhism: Mahayana, Hinayana, and Vajrayana. It is said that Vajrayana Buddhism holds the teachings and practices that can enable a practitioner to attain enlightenment in a single lifetime.

The methods and practices within Vajrayana Buddhism are designed to purify the mental, emotional, energetic, and physical body to allow for higher vibrational energies and consciousness. It is taught that all human beings have the capacity to become a Buddha, both men and women.

There are a number of practices designed to increase one’s “vibration” to help cultivate a calm mind, focus, and healing. In the “What Can I Expect” section above, I wrote about how healing can feel like taking two steps forward, one step back. The “one step back” is the purification process kicking in.

It feels amazing to raise one’s vibration, whether that be through spiritual practices or from a Body Code healing. By doing this, we get a glimpse into what’s possible, and that’s what keeps people moving forward, despite the uncomfortable, but temporary, purification process afterwards.

There is a perfect quote that sums up this process:

Step into the fire of self-discovery. This fire will not burn you, it will only burn what you are not.” ― Mooji

When we raise our vibration, everything that’s not in alignment with the higher vibrations will purge from our being; Negative emotions, toxins, limiting beliefs, and even toxic relationships with others will naturally fall away.

Spiritual purification is a concept that is often associated with various religious and spiritual practices. It refers to the process of cleansing or purifying one’s spiritual or inner self, often with the intention of achieving a higher level of consciousness, connection with the divine, or personal growth.

The specific practices and beliefs surrounding spiritual purification can vary across different cultures, traditions, and individual beliefs. Here are a few common approaches to spiritual purification:

Rituals and Ceremonies: Many cultures and religions have specific rituals or ceremonies aimed at purifying the spirit. These rituals often involve symbolic actions such as bathing, burning incense or sage, chanting or prayer, and making offerings. The intention is to release negative energies, cleanse the soul, and invite positive energies or spiritual forces.

Meditation and Mindfulness: Practices like meditation, mindfulness, or contemplation can be seen as forms of spiritual purification. By quieting the mind, focusing inward, and observing thoughts and emotions without judgment, individuals seek to purify their consciousness, release attachments, and cultivate inner peace and clarity.

Yoga and Exercise: Yoga was actually first developed as a way to deepen meditation. As described above, meditation allows us to calm the mind and look within to develop deeper awareness and mindfulness. However, when we move our awareness within ourselves we may become more aware of all the pain and tension in our body. Yoga was developed to reduce, or eliminate, the pain and tension in the body, allowing for a deeper and more peaceful meditation practice. Yoga is more than just physical postures (asanas), it also includes breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, ethical principles (yamas and niyamas), and more which speed up the purification process.

Forgiveness and Letting Go: Spiritual purification may involve the process of forgiveness, both of oneself and others. Letting go of grudges, resentments, and negative emotions is seen as a means of freeing the spirit from burdens and achieving emotional and spiritual healing.

Fasting or Dietary Changes: Some spiritual traditions advocate for fasting or adopting specific dietary practices as a means of purifying the body and mind. This can involve abstaining from certain foods or drinks, cleansing diets, or periodic fasting to cleanse the physical body and enhance spiritual awareness.

Sacred Spaces and Nature: Spending time in sacred spaces, such as temples, churches, or natural environments, is believed to facilitate spiritual purification. Connecting with the divine or immersing oneself in the beauty and serenity of nature can help purify the spirit and cultivate a sense of awe, reverence, and inner peace.

The concept of purification after an Emotion Code or Body Code healing can be understood in different ways depending on context and one’s belief system. Here are a few interpretations:

Energetic Purification: Some spiritual or energy healing traditions emphasize the importance of clearing or purifying one’s energy field after a healing session. This may involve practices such as smudging with sacred herbs, taking a cleansing bath or shower, or visualizing the release of any residual negative or stagnant energy. The purpose is to restore balance and harmony to the energy field and support the integration of the healing work that has been done.

Emotional Release: Healing processes can sometimes bring up suppressed or unresolved emotions. After healing, individuals may engage in practices that support emotional release and purification, such as journaling, engaging in therapy or counseling, or participating in rituals that encourage the expression and processing of emotions. The intention is to let go of any emotional baggage and create space for continued healing and personal growth.

Gratitude and Intention Setting: Expressing gratitude for the healing received and setting positive intentions can be seen as a form of purification. This involves acknowledging the progress made, giving thanks for the healing, and setting intentions for ongoing well-being and personal transformation. This practice helps to align one’s energy and focus on positive growth and continued healing.

Rituals or Ceremonies: Various cultures and spiritual traditions have rituals or ceremonies that are performed after healing or recovery from illness. These rituals may involve offerings, prayers, or symbolic actions to honor the healing process, express gratitude, and seek blessings or protection for the future.

Conscious Vs. Subconscious2023-07-05T17:52:28-07:00

Conscious Vs. Subconscious

A great metaphor for the conscious and subconscious mind is an iceberg. The conscious mind is the part of the iceberg we can see, representing our present moment awareness, and the subconscious mind is the part of the iceberg submerged under water, representing the aspects of our life we are not consciously aware of.

Consciousness and the subconscious mind are two distinct aspects of the human mind and play different roles in our thoughts, actions, and experiences.

Here’s an overview of consciousness and the subconscious:

Conscious: Consciousness refers to our immediate awareness of our thoughts, feelings, sensations, and the external world. It is the state of being awake and aware of ourselves and our surroundings.

When we are conscious, we can actively perceive, think, reason, and make deliberate decisions. Consciousness allows us to engage with the present moment, process information, and respond to stimuli consciously.

Key features of consciousness include:

  • Awareness: Consciousness involves being aware of our thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and the external environment.
  • Volition: Consciousness enables us to exercise will and make intentional choices based on our perceptions, beliefs, and values.
  • Focus and Attention: Consciousness allows us to direct our attention to specific thoughts, experiences, or tasks.
  • Analytical Thinking: Consciousness supports logical reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking.

Subconscious: The subconscious mind refers to the aspects of our mental processes that occur below the level of conscious awareness. It encompasses a vast array of automatic processes, memories, emotions, and patterns of thinking and behaving that influence our experiences and actions. The subconscious mind operates in the background, without our conscious effort or control.

Key features of the subconscious mind include:

  • Automatic Processing: The subconscious mind handles routine tasks and processes without conscious awareness, such as breathing, regulating body temperature, or driving a familiar route.
  • Memory Storage: The subconscious mind stores vast amounts of information, including memories, learned skills, and past experiences.
  • Emotional Influences: Emotions and emotional associations are often influenced by subconscious processes, shaping our responses and behaviours.
  • Beliefs and Conditioning: The subconscious mind holds deeply ingrained beliefs, values, and conditioning acquired through past experiences and societal influences, which can shape our attitudes, biases, and automatic responses.

It’s important to note that the boundaries between consciousness and the subconscious mind are not always rigid. They can interact and influence each other. For example, certain subconscious processes can rise to the level of conscious awareness, and conscious thoughts and intentions can impact subconscious patterns or beliefs over time.

Understanding the interplay between conscious and subconscious processes can help us gain insights into our behaviors, motivations, and overall well-being.

Techniques such as meditation, hypnosis, or psychotherapy can sometimes facilitate access to and exploration of the subconscious mind, allowing individuals to uncover and address underlying patterns or beliefs that may impact their lives. However, the Body Code is the most direct and effective method to find and clear negative energies, limiting beliefs, and imbalances.

Working With The Subconscious Mind2023-07-02T18:58:24-07:00

Working With The Subconscious Mind

Why do I work with the subconscious mind? The subconscious mind is a store house of information, similar to a database. The subconscious mind stores information about our memories, our experiences, our beliefs, and much more! Also, similar to computer software, which is coded in 1’s and 0’s, the subconscious mind can only be interacted with using yes or no questions. A Body Code Practitioner asks close-ended questions with their conscious mind to analyze the subconscious “truths” of the client in an effort to identify and clear negative energies, or transform a limiting belief in an empowering belief.

There are many ways gain answers and insights from a clients subconscious mind, but the most popular method is using muscle testing. Muscle testing, also known as applied kinesiology, is a technique that is sometimes used to gain insights into the subconscious mind. It involves assessing the response of specific muscles to determine whether a particular statement or stimulus is true or false, beneficial or detrimental. Here’s a brief overview of muscle testing and its potential applications:

Muscle testing is based on the idea that our muscles can respond to subconscious cues or energetic shifts in the body. The practitioner typically applies gentle pressure to a muscle while asking a question or making a statement. If the muscle remains strong, it is interpreted as a “yes” or a positive response. If the muscle weakens or gives way, it is interpreted as a “no” or a negative response.

The technique can be used to gain insights into a variety of areas, such as:

  1. Subconscious Beliefs and Emotions: Muscle testing can help identify subconscious beliefs, thought patterns, or emotional states that may be influencing a person’s thoughts, behaviours, or well-being. By asking specific questions related to these areas, the muscle response can indicate whether there is alignment or conflict with the subconscious mind.
  2. Allergies and Sensitivities: Muscle testing is sometimes used to assess sensitivities or allergies to certain foods, substances, or environmental factors. The muscle response can indicate whether the body reacts negatively or positively to the tested substance.
  3. Decision Making: Muscle testing can be employed as a tool for making decisions or gaining insights into what options or choices are in alignment with an individual’s highest good. By posing different options or scenarios, the muscle response can guide the decision-making process.

It’s important to note that while muscle testing can provide valuable information and insights, it is not a foolproof method and results can be subjective. The accuracy and reliability of muscle testing can vary depending on the skill and experience of the practitioner, as well as factors such as the client’s state of mind and body at the time of testing.

What Is An Imbalance?2023-07-02T18:32:49-07:00

What Is An Imbalance?

The natural world strives for balance in all ways. For example, the purpose of homeostasis is to maintain the established internal environment without being overcome by external stimuli that exist to disrupt the balance.

Energy healers work with the concept of energy imbalances in, and around, the body. These approaches propose that disruptions or imbalances in the flow of energy can contribute to physical, emotional, and mental issues. Energy healing aims to restore balance and promote well-being by addressing these energetic imbalances at the root.

When someone wants to get rid of weeds in their garden they know that the weeds have to be pulled up from the root, otherwise they will keep growing back. Above ground, the weeds represent the symptoms one may be experiencing and, more often than not, it is those symptoms that are being treated with Traditional Western Medicine, rather than the root. It’s not to say that this is unhelpful because many people experience relief from medications and treatments that address one’s symptoms.

However, energetically, an imbalance is caused by a distortion in the energy body and systems, which is the “root” of the weed. Energy imbalances are the root cause of all sickness and disease.

An imbalance is the cause and/or association of some state of disorder in the body. Energetic imbalances may manifest in a number of ways:

Physically, symptoms may show up as hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, chronic pain, inflammation, organ dysfunction, or structural abnormalities.

Emotionally, symptoms may show up as excessive or persistent feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, fear, or sadness, as well as difficulties in emotional regulation or experiencing a wide range of emotions.

Mentally, symptoms may include disruptions in cognitive processes and mental functioning. This can manifest as difficulties in concentration, memory, decision-making, cognitive flexibility, or experiencing persistent negative thought patterns.

There are many holistic traditions, some quite ancient, that consider energetic imbalances as underlying causes of physical, emotional, and mental disharmony. These imbalances may involve disruptions or blockages in the flow of subtle energy throughout the body, such as in practices like Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and of course the Body Code.

The 5 Stages Of Imbalance2023-07-06T10:17:02-07:00

5 Stages of Imbalance

1. Initial Stage:
Minor imbalance usually corrected by body’s innate ability
2. Buildup Stage:
If imbalance was not corrected, it begins to worsen; minor symptoms begin, typically ignorable
3. Escalation Stage:
Additional imbalances and symptoms result, weak spots triggered, symptoms become chronic
4. Sickness Stage:
Organ / Gland dysfunction, malfunction; multiple symptoms, disease diagnosis
5. Complication Stage:
Organ / Gland damage lead to system imbalance and complications

The further we progress through the 5 stages our body’s innate intelligence and healing abilities aren’t gone, they are just overwhelmed. Body Code healing walks the client back through these stages, clearing imbalances so one’s innate healing abilities are reactivated.

The 3 Phases of Healing2023-07-06T10:16:09-07:00

1. Reaction Phase
Physical – Swelling, inflammation, muscle spasms, guarding, and discomfort

Emotional – Shock, Denial, Fear, Overwhelm, Dissonance

If you clear something about sore knee, then the next day there may be swelling, which is good because it’s the body’s reaction to healing the knee.

Regeneration phase

Physical – During this phase the body repairs and lays down new tissue, new connections, repairing cells, etc.
Emotional – Emotional conflict (ie. Processing Forgiveness)

Remodeling phase

Physical – Complete restoration and healthy functionality restored
Emotional – Learning (learned from conflict), acceptance, empathy, increased E.Q.
Example – Woman’s healing plateaued and then one night she woke up with intense pain and swelling in her tail bone. This surfaced so it could go through the Three Phases of Healing.

Symptoms: What Are They Telling Us?2023-07-02T17:13:44-07:00

Symptoms: What Are They Telling Us?

Symptoms are subjective experiences or observable signs that indicate an abnormality or a manifestation of an underlying condition. Symptoms can vary widely depending on the specific condition or imbalance present in the body, mind, or emotions.

Our body, mind, and/or emotions are always speaking to us in different ways. Maybe you start getting regular headaches. This is not uncommon at all. A minor headache may be your body whispering to you that something needs to be addressed.

However, you think to yourself “it’s just a headache! Everyone gets headaches!”, so you pop a Tylenol and continue your day. Next thing you know you’re taking Tylenol multiple times a day and your headaches have turned into unbearable migraines. What was first your body whispering to you with a minor headache is now your body screaming at you with debilitating migraines.

Oftentimes, when we ignore our body, things may get exponentially worse over time. And the worse things get, the harder and longer the road to recovery is.

If, for example, the fictitious person above hired me to address the root cause of their minor headaches I could have told him or her that there was an imbalance affecting her lymphatic system which resulted in his or her body from not absorbing enough water which led to dehydration of the brain and, inevitable, headaches. By clearing the imbalance, everything else would have fallen into place, thereby, alleviating the symptoms.

Another thing to note is that in some cases we may experience symptoms as a baby, or young child, that carry on with us into adulthood. Because these symptoms have been with us for so long we think they are just a part of life that we have to accept.
Also, maybe as a child we were told to “stop your whining” or “kids are meant to be seen, not heard” or “stop being such a baby!”.

When children are brought up in this way they learn to ignore what their body, mind, emotions are trying to tell them. We learn to push our emotions down. For men, we are told “no pain, no gain” or “real men don’t cry”. All of these types of scenarios create a disconnect to ourselves and, in extreme cases, can create fertile ground for a full blown nervous breakdown or psychosis later in life.

I remember when I was a young child my father took my sister and myself to DisneyLand and I kept telling my Dad I wasn’t feeling well. I was told to stop being so dramatic and when I got home I was taken to the doctor and diagnosed with Pneumonia. The generations above us were often brought up with a “heavy hand” and lack of sensitivity which then filtered down to the younger generations.

All too often, people are told to “just push through it”, or some other type of similar comment that reinforces the ignorance of one’s own needs.

In addition to implementing Body Code healing to address the root cause of symptoms, I also encourage clients to engage in practices that will slow them down and allow them to tune into their mental, emotional, and physical needs. I feel that yoga and meditation are not just a trend, but rather a critical addition to one’s health and wellness routine.

At first, yoga and meditation can be difficult because it’s a radical shift from the “gogo lifestyle” that many of us lead. I remember when I went to my first few yoga classes, every part of me wanted me to be anywhere but on the yoga mat. I only went a few times and then it wasn’t until about a year later that I gathered up the courage to devote my time on the yoga mat as a part of my health plan. Yoga and meditation allow us to shift inwards and feel into our body and pay attention to our mind. The longer we ignore what the mind, body, and emotions are trying to tell us, the harder it is to listen.

Symptoms The Body Code Can Heal2023-07-05T17:54:16-07:00

Symptoms The Body Code Can Heal

  • Pain or discomfort (such as headaches, muscle aches, or stomach pain)
  • Fatigue or lack of energy
  • Changes in appetite or weight
  • Digestive issues (e.g., nausea, bloating, constipation, diarrhea)
  • Respiratory problems (e.g., cough, shortness of breath)
  • Skin issues (e.g., rashes, itching, redness)
  • Sleep disturbances

Emotional and Mental Symptoms: These refer to changes in mood, cognition, or emotional well-being. They can include:

  • Anxiety or excessive worry
  • Depression or persistent sadness
  • Irritability or mood swings
  • Difficulty concentrating or making decisions
  • Memory problems
  • Changes in motivation or interest in activities
  • Feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness

Energetic Symptoms: In some energy healing modalities, imbalances in energy flow may be associated with specific sensations or experiences, such as:

  • Feeling a heaviness or blockage in certain areas of the body
  • Sensations of tingling, warmth, or coolness in the body
  • Feeling drained or lacking vitality
  • Sensitivity to energy or environmental stimuli
Reactive Vs Proactive Healthcare2023-07-02T16:52:27-07:00

Reactive Vs. Proactive Healthcare

My goal is to help clients transition from reactive to proactive healthcare. By addressing the root causes of my clients symptoms, in time, they can move out of reactive and into proactive healthcare.

The disadvantage of reactive healthcare is that, in many cases, the illness or disease may have already progressed too far.

A prime example of this is when someone discovers that they have cancer but it’s to a point that they have to utilize chemotherapy which results in even more symptoms, in addition to the symptoms of the cancer itself.

Like in much of Western Medicine people often come to me when there are already symptoms present. With the Body Code, instead of addressing the symptoms themselves, we look at the underlying causes and clear blockages that are preventing the body and mind from healing itself.

Once the imbalances and blockages are remedied, then the client can work to maintain a proactive rather than reactive healthcare mindset.

Once the symptoms are gone, I often recommend that clients set up an appointment with me at least every 4-6 months in the same way that we go to the dentist for a cleaning. This allows me to ensure we remain proactive rather than reactive. And just as the dentist cleans the accumulation of plaque, I do a full energetic cleaning of things that we might pick up throughout our everyday lives, such as energy cords and offensive energies.

Another thing to note is that there are varying degrees of treatments available to us. When we are in a proactive state, the solutions to things we face are much less dire. Maybe we just need to eat more fruit with vitamin C, or maybe we just need to increase our cardio. And maybe taking a herbal supplement or drinking herbal tea for a week can remedy minor issues that may arise. When we are proactive and listen to our body, it will let us know if we need a little bit of external assistance. Maybe it’s a herb, maybe it’s a vitamin, maybe it’s a Body Code healing.

Alternatively, if we ignore the signs our body gives us and we let things go too far, we may have to utilize a more aggressive and reactionary form of treatment which may come with its own array of side effects and symptoms.

Proactive healthcare focuses on prevention, allowing individuals to take control of their health and potentially avoid certain health conditions or reduce their severity. It can lead to early detection of health issues, enabling timely intervention and management. Proactive approaches often involve lifestyle choices such as regular exercise, a balanced diet, stress management, and routine screenings or check-ups.

What Are “Negative” Energies?2023-07-06T10:25:08-07:00

The term “negative energies” can mean many different things to different people. In energy healing, negative energies are often described as imbalances, blockages, or disturbances in the energetic system. While different energy healing modalities may use various terminology and concepts to describe these negative energies, here are some common types:

Emotional Imbalances: Negative emotions such as fear, anger, sadness, or resentment can create energetic imbalances within the body. These emotions may become trapped or stagnant, affecting the flow of energy and potentially manifesting as physical or psychological symptoms.

Energetic Blockages: Blockages can occur in the energy channels or meridians, hindering the smooth flow of energy throughout the body. These blockages can be caused by various factors, including trauma, stress, emotional pain, or limiting beliefs. Energy healing aims to identify and release these blockages to restore energetic balance.

Unresolved Trauma: Past traumatic experiences can leave energetic imprints within the body and energy field. These imprints may continue to influence a person’s energetic state, contributing to physical or emotional distress. Energy healing techniques can help address and release the energetic residue of trauma.

Negative Thought Patterns: Persistent negative thoughts, self-limiting beliefs, or repetitive patterns of negative thinking can create energetic imbalances and affect overall well-being. Energy healing can work to identify and transform these negative thought patterns, allowing for a more positive and balanced energetic state.

Environmental or External Influences: External factors, such as exposure to electromagnetic radiation, geopathic stress, or energetic disturbances in the environment, can impact our energetic well-being. Energy healing can help identify and mitigate the effects of these external influences on our energy field.

Attachment or Energetic Cords: Energetic cords or attachments can form between individuals, draining or influencing the energy of one or both parties involved. These cords may be the result of unhealthy relationships, unresolved emotions, or energetic imbalances. Energy healing techniques can facilitate the release and healing of these attachments.

It’s important to note that these terms and concepts may vary across different energy healing modalities, and practitioners may have their own interpretations and approaches to working with negative energies. The specific techniques used to address these negative energies may also vary, including practices such as energy clearing, chakra balancing, aura cleansing, or energy rebalancing.

What Are Offensive Energies?2023-07-06T10:24:08-07:00

What Are Offensive Energies?

What are offensive energies and how do they affect us? The term “Offensive Energy” refers to any type of malicious energies that are meant to cause harm, control or manipulate another person, or block someone (create obstacles) from love, relationships, money, healing, their “higher self”, etc. In some circles, these types of phenomenon are referred to as “Black Magick” or “Dark Magick”. (I use the spelling of magick with a “k” to separate it from “magic”, which is a form of entertainment)

If someone were to ask me about offensive energies and black magick 10 years ago I would have told them they were crazy, however, fast-forward to now and I am probably one of the most capable and experienced healers of these types of harmful energies.

I find it interesting that in most Asian and South American countries everyone is aware of dark magick, but if you bring it up to someone in most Western countries they’ll think you’re crazy. I’ve come to realize that there is a deeply ingrained fear in the subconscious minds of people in regards to dark magick that they aren’t even aware of. There is immense ignorance about these types of offensive energies that I, literally, find and clear from every client.

The Body Code touches on Offensive Energies and originally opened the door for me to this whole other aspect of our reality. I have had to deal with A LOT of offensive energies within myself and believe this was a part of my journey so that I could then turn around and help free others from these dark influences.

Finding, and clearing, so many Offensive Energies within myself has led me to a point where I am actually in the process of creating my own healing system to cultivate awareness and provide instructions on how to clear and protect oneself from these threats.

Offensive Energies are often the result of “Dark magick”, which refers to the use of supernatural or occult powers for malevolent purposes, or to intentionally cause harm. It encompasses various practices and rituals that are believed to tap into negative or destructive forces. Here are a few examples of types of dark magic that are often mentioned in folklore, mythologies, and occult traditions:

  • Black Magick is a general term used to describe any form of magic or spell-casting that is intended to cause harm, manipulate, or control others. It often involves invoking dark entities or negative energies to carry out the desired effects.
  • Necromancy is the practice of communicating with, and manipulating, the spirits of the deceased for various purposes. Practitioners may seek to control or harness the powers of the deceased for personal gain, revenge, or other nefarious purposes.
  • Blood Magick involves the use of blood as a powerful energy source in rituals or spells. The practitioner may use their own blood or that of others to strengthen the spell’s potency, bind someone to their will, or invoke dark forces.
  • Demonology involves working with or summoning malevolent entities or demons to gain power, knowledge, or to carry out destructive acts. It is believed that these entities can be controlled or bargained with for personal gain.
  • Witchcraft and Sorcery are not always considered to be dark magic. However, there are branches and practices that involve the use of harmful spells, curses, or rituals to manipulate or harm others.
  • Voodoo is not solely associated with black magic, evil, or harmful practices, despite what many think. While there are branches of Voodoo that involve darker rituals or curses, the vast majority of Voodoo practices are focused on healing, protection, spirituality, and maintaining harmony with the natural and supernatural realms.

The list above outlines types of dark magick, however, Offensive Energies are not a type of dark magick in itself, but rather the result of Dark Magick. I will list a few of the most common Offensive Energies below while the majority will be published with the healing program I will release in the next year or two.

  • Saboteur Energies are “energy weapons”. For those that have their third eye open, they see these energies as knives, bullets, needles, rope around parts of the body, and much more. If, for example, someone is using a needle on a voodoo doll, the needles may show up in their target’s energy field. Saboteur energies are probably the most common form of offensive energies.
  • Curses and Hexes are very “heavy” Offensive Energies. At this point, I am unaware of the differences between the two, but I do know that they both show up as different types and offensive energies and that Hexes are usually much worse than Curses. Curses and Hexes are the result of intentional rituals or spells aimed at causing harm, misfortune, or illness to a specific individual. They are believed to invoke negative energies or entities to bring about the desired effects.
  • Binding Spells are intended to restrict or limit someone’s actions, influence, or personal power. They may be used to manipulate or control another person against their will. Many people used binding spells and energy cords to bind me to homeless drug addicts and people with serious mental health issues to keep me suppressed.
  • Revenge Spells can be looked at as what I would refer to as “Instant Karma”. Oftentimes, it naturally takes some time, even lifetimes, for one’s negative karma to catch up to them. However, a revenge spell is a type of karmic catalyst which inflicts an equal and opposite amount of pain and suffering relative to the pain and suffering they may have caused to someone else.
  • Spirit Attachment is usually the result of spells, curses, hexes, etc. Sometimes negative entities are summoned to cause harm to another. However, people also bind dark spirits to others so they can use them to spiritually attack someone at will, spy on them and relay information to the sender, block them from achieving specific goals, or to create a dark aura around someone for various reasons. Another thing to note is that some spirit attachments may occur naturally where a disembodied spirit (ghost) may enter, and remain, in a person’s energy field. This is quite a common situation for people that abuse drugs or alcohol because these types of substances lower one’s defences allowing for easy access.

Love Spells are a grey area. While not all love spells are considered black magic, some love spells are intended to manipulate or control the feelings or actions of another person without their consent. These spells can interfere with personal autonomy and free will.

It is important to note that the practice of dark magick is often discouraged or condemned in many spiritual and ethical belief systems. It is advisable to approach the topic with caution and respect, focusing instead on positive, ethical practices that promote healing, well-being, and the empowerment of oneself and others.

Magic Vs. Magick2023-07-06T10:27:55-07:00

The terms “magic” and “magick” are often used to describe supernatural or mystical practices, but they can have slightly different connotations depending on the context and belief systems. Here’s an overview of the two terms:

Magic: “Magic” is the more commonly used term and is often associated with stage magic, illusionism, or entertainment performances that involve tricks, sleight of hand, and the art of creating illusions. In this context, magic is seen as a form of entertainment or spectacle that relies on deception and skill to create the appearance of supernatural or extraordinary abilities.

Magick: The term “magick” is often associated with spiritual or occult practices and has a broader scope. It is commonly used in esoteric and pagan traditions, such as Wicca, ceremonial magic, or Western occultism. The addition of the “k” at the end of “magick” is attributed to occultist Aleister Crowley, who sought to distinguish it from stage magic and emphasize its spiritual or metaphysical aspects.

Magick, in this context, refers to the practice of using ritual, symbolism, and intention to connect with higher realms, manipulate energies, and manifest desired outcomes. It often incorporates belief systems about the interconnectedness of all things, the power of the mind, and the use of rituals or spells to influence personal and spiritual transformation.

What Is An Energy Cord?2023-07-02T18:35:09-07:00

What Is An Energy Cord?

An energy cord is an invisible strand of energy that connect people to other people, places, or things. Energy cords are invisible to the physical eyes but some can see them with their “3rd Eye”, therefore, these cords are not at the conscious level, but rather the subconscious level.

There exist both positive and negative energy cords. Positive energy cords are most often connected from heart chakra to heart chakra between two people that love each other; for example, this could be with an intimate partner, family, friends, or anyone you feel a deep and positive connection with. These types of energy cords are two-way cords allowing for positive energy to flow back and forth between the two individuals.

While positive energy cords are based on love, negative energy cords are created out of attachment. These cords are most often created at an unconscious level. Someone may have an intense desire for another persons love, power, or sexual or psychic energies, and unconsciously create a cord that allows them to take these energies. However, there are also individuals that know exactly what they are doing and consciously take energy from others for their own benefit.

I have come across three types of negative energy cords which I refer to as pull, push, and two-way energy cords.

Pull energy cords are one-way cords where the energy is strictly being taken from the individual.

Push energy cords are also one-way energy cords that allow one person to drain their negative energies, such as anxiety, fear, and other negative emotions, into another person to relieve themselves. Some people also use these cords as conduits to energetically attack another person.

Two-Way energy cords are the ones usually created at an unconscious level. If one person is toxic and the other is sensitive or empathic, the latter may develop anxiety or depression from these cords. I see these cords all the time with clients following a relationship break-up; the cord originates as a healthy heart-to-heart cord between the two partners but, after the break-up, the cord becomes “unhealthy” or “toxic” and may even shift to other parts of the body. (I highly recommend getting these relational cords cut before jumping into a new relationship)

To provide a visual, a one-way energy cord is kind of like a garden hose but instead of water flowing through it, different types of energies/emotions flow through it.

While negative energy cords sound awful, remember that all of this is happening at a subconscious level. In some cases there may be someone consciously attempting to steal your energy but, in most cases, it is likely a subconscious energy attachment that supports them while draining you.
